March Break Cabin Family Getaway

Our last minute micro adventure needed to be close by, easily accessible, and short. We found the perfect place at the camp cabins in Arrowhead Provincial Park.

Here we have access to a bbq, microwave, and mini fridge but the cabins are rustic and surrounded by beauty. At 32 weeks pregnant going slightly less hardcore then usual is fine by me! Plus... we now have a semi sick toddler with a cough that often leads to a barf; thus the adventure planning gods must have known we would need an easy adventure this time around.

Our 24 hour menu (lunch, dinner, breakfast) does not need any of the cabin amenities. We kept it simple and we will be cooking outside on the Biolite.

Here is the menu! Adventure post to follow.

Sled is loaded so we can hike our gear into our cabin. A short trek from the parking lot.
